Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on CoinCrypTick (coincryptick.com), operated by AUTOMATE ALGOS PRIVATE LIMITED. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

CoinCrypTick offers the following paid subscription plans:

• Pro Plan — Monthly and Annual billing options
• Premium Plan — Monthly and Annual billing options

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) for Indian customers. International customers are charged in USD.

3. Free Trial / Promotional Access

Users who open a crypto trading account through our partner broker receive 3 months of free Pro access. This promotional access:

• Does not require payment information
• Automatically expires after the promotional period
• Cannot be refunded as no payment is collected
• May be extended at the discretion of the admin

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after the billing period ends
• Your data and settings will be preserved on the Free plan

5. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date
• If you have not used any Pro/Premium features during this period, a full refund will be processed
• If features have been used, a pro-rated refund may be offered at our discretion
• After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable

Annual Subscriptions:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date
• A full refund will be processed if requested within 14 days, minus any pro-rated usage
• After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
• Unused months cannot be refunded after the 14-day window

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email us at supportcoincryptick@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your registered email address and order ID
3. Provide a reason for the refund request
4. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Free promotional access (no payment was collected)
• Partner broker discounted plans after the 7/14 day window
• Subscription fees for periods where the service was available and accessible
• Any fees charged by payment processors (Cashfree) are non-refundable by us

8. Service Disruption

In the event of prolonged service disruption (more than 72 consecutive hours) that is within our control:

• Affected subscribers will receive a proportional extension of their subscription
• Alternatively, a pro-rated refund may be issued upon request

9. Disclaimer

CoinCrypTick provides cryptocurrency analytics tools, trading signals, and educational content. We do NOT guarantee profits or specific trading outcomes. Subscription fees are for access to tools and features, not for investment returns. Trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
